My keeper Stuart (Brontillow Gallant Stuart) and his brother Stanley (staying a little bit longer while his new owner is travelling) visited Canterbury today and had lots of cuddles from tourists; they learned some French, Italian, Greek and most importantly of all, some Geordie.
They helped the river boat boys, Duncan and Ollie, attract customers then shared some ice cream, cleaning each other's face afterwards. Stuart tried to drag us into the pub and the Jaguar showroom while Stanley preferred the jewellers and a couple of cafes!
They met drunks, toddlers, tourists with suitcases, watched diggers, buskers and traffic. Both walked over cobbles, metal grilles, a wooden plank walkway and pavements without the slightest hesitation, nothing bothered them at all.
They've ridden round the garden in a folding truck, played on an upturned sand pit, climbed on a raised bed and chewed the big dog bones.
I'm very proud to have such confident, outgoing puppies.
